Community Centre Hall
The Neighbourhood Community Centre is located at 4 Sirius Road, Bligh Park, adjacent to the Bligh Park Shopping centre and seats 50 people.
About the Building
The high roof is set with windows that provide excellent lighting and fans provide cooling. Heaters warm the centre in the winter months.
Double doors lead onto a small, safe children’s play area that includes shade. The gallery style kitchen has adequate bench space and one hutch facing the main hall.
Amenities include ladies, men’s and accessible toilets and a nappy changing area. The flooring is polished vinyl whilst the foyer is carpeted.
The Neighbourhood Centre is equipped with a galley style kitchen including; electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.
The lounge area can accommodate up to 12 people. Situated next to the office it is available to hire by itself.
The car park provides parking for over 20 vehicles. On street parking is provided at the front of the centre.
Capacity: Up to 50 people seated.
Suitable for: Small to medium groups.
Regular Hires include: Jem Dance studio, Weight watchers, Playgroup, Pound Fitness, OMNI men’s group and Craft ladies.

$18.00 per Hour – $100.00 Bond. Plus a $60.00 Yearly Admin Fee.
Monday to Saturday Hire: $365.00 for 8.5 hrs. $60.00 Deposit (non-refundable) Plus a $200.00 Bond.
Sunday Hire: $295.00 for 8.5 hrs. $60.00 Deposit (non-refundable) Plus a $200.00 Bond.
Monday to Saturday Hire: $50.00 per hour with a minimum 4 hour hire. $60.00 Deposit (non-refundable) Plus a $200.00 Bond.

Please Note: Hire rates for the Neighbourhood Centre are subject to change without notice. Bligh Park Community Services Inc. is a non profit organisation and we are registered for charitable purposes. These fees only partly pay for the cleaning, repairs and maintenance of the premises. Therefore no discounts are given. You are invited to view and download a complete list of fees, charges and hire conditions under the Hall Hire tab.
Due to Covid-19 we are unable to hire our halls at the moment.
Local residents and regular hirers are encouraged to become members of this organisation and have a say in how the services are run.
This ensures the services are responsive to the needs of the local community.
