Tiningi Meeting Room

The Tiningi Hall is set in amongst natural bush with its own car park and is located at 139 Colonial Drive, Bligh Park, (corner of Rifle Range Road) and seats 30 people.

About the Building

Architecturally designed, it has a high roof for cooling air flow in summer and several double glass doors lead onto a flat terrace and grass area surrounded by a child – safe fence.

Access gates provide easy street delivery of large equipment. Fans provide cooling in summer and heaters warmth in winter. The kitchen is large with adequate bench space and a hutch facing the main hall.

Amenities are modern and spacious, including ladies, men’s and accessible toilets,  and nappy changing room. Flooring in the main hall is parquetry.

The centre is set in amongst natural bush with its own car park.

Please note – All booking times must include setup and clean up time.

Capacity: Up to 30 people seated.

Suitable for: Small to medium groups.

Amenities included:

  • Tables and chairs. (Tables seat 6-8 people)
  • Stove & oven, microwave, Zip continuous hot water heater, Refrigerator.
  • Off Street parking.

Hire Rates*

Regular Hire (minimum of 10 bookings) 

Weekdays and Weekends
$22.00 per hour or $16.00 per hour for not-for-profit organisations – $100.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a $65.00 Yearly Admin Fee.

Casual Hire

Weekdays (minimum 2 hour hire)
$26.00 per hour or $20 for not-for-profit organisations – $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.

Weekends (Minimum 4 hour hire)
$32.00 per hour or $24 for not-for-profit organisations – $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.

 

 

Please Note: Hire rates for the hall are subject to change without notice. Bligh Park Community Services Inc. is a non profit organisation and we are registered for charitable purposes. These fees only partly pay for the cleaning, repairs and maintenance of the premises.
