Community Centre Hall
The Neighbourhood Community Centre is located at 4 Sirius Road, Bligh Park, adjacent to the Bligh Park Shopping centre and seats 50 people.
About the Building
The high roof is set with windows that provide excellent lighting and fans provide cooling. Heaters warm the centre in the winter months.
Double doors lead onto a small, safe children’s play area that includes shade. The gallery style kitchen has adequate bench space and one hutch facing the main hall.
Amenities include ladies, men’s and accessible toilets and a nappy changing area. The flooring is polished vinyl whilst the foyer is carpeted.
The Neighbourhood Centre is equipped with a galley style kitchen including; electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.
The car park provides parking for over 20 vehicles. On street parking is provided at the front of the centre.
Please note – All booking times must include setup and clean up time.
Hall Details
Capacity: Up to 50 people seated.
Suitable for: Small to medium groups.
Regular Hires include: Wild Within Yoga, SmartSteppers, Jellybeans Playgroup, OMNI men’s group, and Craft ladies.

- Tables and chairs. (Tables seat 6-8 people)
- Stove & oven, microwave, Zip continuous hot water heater, Refrigerator
- Off Street Accessible parking

Hire Rates*
Regular Hire (minimum of 10 bookings)
Weekdays and Weekends
$24.00 per hour or $19.00 per hour for not-for-profit organisations – $100.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a $65.00 Yearly Admin Fee.
If you would like to store items on site, we offer a storage cupboard located in the hall at a cost of $20 per month.
Casual Hire
Weekdays (Minimum 2 hour hire)
$44.00 per hour or $38 for not-for-profit organisations – $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $60.00.
Weekends (Minimum 4 hour hire)
$54.00 per hour or $48 for not-for-profit organisations – $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.
Function Hire – Friday to Sunday (8.5 hours)
$400.00 for 8.5 hrs. $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.
Additional hours charged at $40 per hour.
Function Hire – Monday to Thursday (8.5 hours)
$300.00 for 8.5 hrs. $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.
Additional hours charged at $40 per hour.
Please Note: Hire rates for the Neighbourhood Centre are subject to change without notice. Bligh Park Community Services Inc. is a non profit organisation and we are registered for charitable purposes. These fees only partly pay for the cleaning, repairs and maintenance of the premises.
