Community Centre Meeting Room

The Neighbourhood Community Centre is located at 4 Sirius Road, Bligh Park, adjacent to the Bligh Park Shopping centre and seats 10 people.

About the Building

The meeting room can accommodate up to 10 people.  Situated next to the office it is available to hire by itself.

The high roof is set with windows that provide excellent lighting and fans provide cooling.  Heaters warm the centre in the winter months.

Amenities include ladies, men’s and accessible  toilets and a nappy changing area. The flooring is polished vinyl whilst the foyer is carpeted.

The Neighbourhood Centre is equipped with a galley style kitchen including; electric stove, microwave and refrigerator.

The car park provides parking for over 20 vehicles. On street parking is provided at the front of the centre.

Please note – All booking times must include setup and clean up time.

Hire Rates*

Regular Hire (minimum of 10 bookings) 

$14.00 per hour or $12.00 per hour for not-for-profit organisations – $100.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a $65.00 Yearly Admin Fee.
If you would like to store items on site, we offer a cupboard located in the hall at a cost of $20 per month.

Casual Hire

Weekdays (Minimum 2 hour hire)
$17.00 per hour or $14 for not-for-profit organisations – $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.

Weekends (Minimum 4 hour hire)
$22.00 per hour or $18 for not-for-profit organisations – $200.00 Bond (refundable). Plus a non-refundable booking fee of $65.00.

 

Please Note: Hire rates for the Neighbourhood Centre are subject to change without notice. Bligh Park Community Services Inc. is a non profit organisation and we are registered for charitable purposes. These fees only partly pay for the cleaning, repairs and maintenance of the premises.
