About Us
We are a non-profit organisation who provide services for the local residents of Bligh Park and South Windsor. Our Centres are managed by staff employed by Bligh Park Community Services Inc. through a management committee.
Bligh Park Community Services Inc. (BPCSI), services the communities of Bligh Park and South Windsor in the Hawkesbury local government area (LGA). We have been providing a wide range of services to the local community for 20 years. Our services are provided to everyone, especially those who are socially or economically disadvantaged.
Our Management Committee is elected from the membership each year. The committee decide on what services and additional facilities are available through the community centre.
BPCSI receives funding from the NSW Department of Family and Community Services (FaCS) to deliver a range of community programmes and services to the communities of Bligh Park & South Windsor.
BPCSI has three separate locations in Bligh Park.
- The Neighbourhood Centre at 4 Sirius Rd
- The OOSH and Vacation Care Centre at 1 Guardian Place
- The Tiningi Youth Centre and Hall at 139 Colonial Drive
Our Vision
It is our vision to relieve poverty and distress in the communities of Bligh Park and South Windsor by providing a range of direct services that significantly improve the lives of children, young people, families, individuals and older people in our community.
Get Involved
Local residents and regular hirers are encouraged to become members of this organisation and have a say in how the services are run.
This ensures the services are responsive to the needs of the local community.
